We provide this information to Mailblue (data processing agreement) Dutch partner of ActiveCampaign (data processing certificate) our email service provider, so that they can provide email services to us and help us manage our relationship with you. We also provide this information to Teachable for data porting related to courses and to Calendly for data porting related to scheduling meetings.

Data

We collect your name, email address and data about your interaction with our emails (such as opens and clicks) to optimize our content.

  • Purpose: Sending requested information, newsletters and improving our services.

  • Security & Transfer: Your data is stored securely. Because ActiveCampaign is a US company, data may be transferred to the US. This is done based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Our payment processors Stripe/Mollie/Paypal will also collect payment information from you.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

We use branded invoices to collect payments. We share this information with Quaderno for invoicing and Stripe/Mollie/Paypal, third-party payment processing providers which also receives your personal information and processes it in accordance with their privacy policies, so they can provide invoicing services to us.
